Introduction - The Villa Bridlington offers modern, stylish, luxurious guest accommodation exclusively for adults. - There are three first floor guest bedrooms each having en suite facilities - On the ground floor is the lounge bar/dining room for guests Pre-Arrival - The bus station is 4 minutes steady and generally level walk from the accommodation - The train station is 5 minutes steady and generally level walk from the accommodation - The main shops, restaurants and cafes are approximately 2 minutes steady and generally level walk from the accommodation - There are several taxi companies locally Arrival & Car Parking Facilities - There is an off street parking space available for guests staying in the premier room - Parking permits are available for guests staying in the deluxe rooms - Parking is allowed in designated parking areas on the street outside the accommodation - The main telephone number and a mobile telephone number for the accommodation are displayed in a fixed display box on the outside of the accommodation - There is a main door bell at the entrance to the accommodation - There is one step up from the area in front of the accommodation into the porch and another into the main entrance hall Main Entrance & Reception Area - There is one entrance, comprising two doors, to the property - There is one light in the porch and one main light in the entrance hall. Four additional wall mounted lights are available in the entrance hall. - Guests are issued with a room key and a key to the front door - There is a seat in the main entrance - There is a bell in the entrance hall should guests require the assistance of the owners of in the event of an emergency - Guests normally check in in the lounge - The main doors are side hung and open into the property - There is one door leading form the porch to the entrance hall - The main entrance has a wooden floor with two floor mats - The main stairs are carpeted Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors etc. - The main doors to the property are manually operated - There are three guest bedrooms - Bedroom 1 is accessed up to one flight of 14 stairs. 4 additional stairs lead to Bedrooms 2 and 3 - A side handrail runs adjacent to the stairs - All doors in the public spaces of the property are accessed by key - The lounge bar/dining room is on the ground floor - The toilets available for guests are in the 3 bedrooms - There is no public toilet Public Areas - Sitting Room, Lounges, Lobbies etc. - There is one 'public' room on the ground floor for use by guests. This is the lounge bar/dining area Additional Information - Guests are acquainted with the evacuation procedures by the owners upon arrival - Details of the escape route and evacuation are also printed and fixed in each individual room - Lions Club International fire safety signs are available upon request for the outside of bedroom doors - There are break glass fire alarms on each floor, together with fire extinguishers - The hallways have emergency lighting - There are no designated smoking area in or on the property Future Plans - There are no alterations planned.
