We’re delighted to be able offer organisers more versatile venue options than ever. Whether you’ve got 20 delegates or 2,000, you’re looking for an informal community space, urban chic, a grand rural retreat, or simply the latest place to see and be seen, we’ll work out a unique package that will tick all the right boxes.

Since opening its doors in summer 2018, Bonus Arena has already played host to some of the biggest names in live entertainment, including Van Morrison, George Ezra, Rick Astley and Madness.

This purpose-built space offers Hull and East Yorkshire’s largest seated capacity of 2,600. Alternatively, it can provide an 800 capacity conference auditorium with 1,400m2 exhibition space or banqueting for 600, as well as breakout areas.

Hull's four star DoubleTree by Hilton hotel can host up to 1,000 guests in its
pillar-free ballroom, which can be split into four event spaces. It also has three meeting rooms and a VIP rooftop bar.

If you want delegates to soak up as much of the destination as possible, why not consider a multi-venue conference?

We’ve got some great options across our compact city centre that combine maximum flexibility with minimum time spent on the move, just leave it to us.

Organisers could start the conference with an “ice-breaker” breakfast meeting with the penguins at Hull’s aquarium, The Deep, hold plenary sessions and workshops at a city centre conference venue, then help delegates unwind and get to know their host city on a bespoke walking tour with an award-winning guide.

Alternatively, choose some of the city’s quirkier venues and hold your conference in the comfort of Hull Truck Theatre’s state of the art 430 seat auditorium with breakout sessions next-door neighbour the Albemarle Music Centre.

How about following this with a drinks reception in the perfectly preserved historic street scenes of Hull’s Streetlife Museum, and a truly memorable banquet at the iconic Hull Minster? It couldn’t be easier.
