Hungry In Hull
................................

The beauty of eating out in Hull is that it's always accompanied by a fantastic view. Fresh fish and chips beside the river is always on the menu, or maybe you'd prefer a tasty pizza by the marina. If you're after cosmopolitan cafés, the centre of Hull is alive with trendy coffee and cocktail bars, whilst the ever-popular Avenues are the place to go for award-winning independents.

There's nothing quite like the atmosphere of supping a pint of traditional ale in the Old Town environment. Ye Olde Black Boy is allegedly the oldest pub in Hull and certainly has a cosy atmosphere - as well as a spooky one with its ghostly legend.

Taste Of Beverley
...........................................

Here the streets are lined with a selection of coffee houses, patisseries and cafes along with well-known chain restaurants such as Ask, Prezzo and Carluccios.
Amongst these are also a number of fabulous independently owned restaurants
and tapas bars giving every visitor a brilliant range of choice.

If you are looking for a more hearty meal and a drink, you will find Beverley
has a pub on almost every corner, brimming with history and atmosphere.
With traditional pub meals, bar snacks and a wide range of wine, cocktails
and beer to fuel the rest of your day.

From Plough to Plate

The unique landscape and geology of the Yorkshire Wolds makes it excellent farming country for both crops and livestock, while game and seafood are also in abundance.Which in turn means that the chefs at our cosy tea rooms, cafes and fabulous restaurants have access to the very best produce, right on their doorsteps, whatever the season.

Yorkshire is famously home to the most Michelin-starred restaurants in any region outside of London, and one of them, The Pipe and Glass Inn, is in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds.
