Yorkshire Passion is an exciting new half day service quality training programme created by internationally acclaimed playwright John Godber

The aim of the programme is to further develop quality of service and instill a passion for the product amongst frontline staff by increasing their knowledge about what Hull and East Yorkshire has to offer.

Great service is best delivered by passionate people who believe the place, what it has to offer and its people.

We aim to empower delegates to deliver service with passion about this part of Yorkshire by
becoming Ambassadors and promoters for the region.
