Terms & Conditions
All bookings are made subject to the following terms and conditions, which are listed in alphabetical order.
*Amendments - you can transfer this picnic package to another date provided the request is made no later than 3 days before departure date, subject to availability and admin charges.
*Attraction opening times - please ensure you have checked your chosen attraction's opening times before placing your booking. We cannot be held responsible for any changes in opening times.
*Bookings cannot be accepted less than 48 hours before the requested collection date and can only be booked Monday - Friday.
*Cancellation by Visit Hull & East Yorkshire customers will be notified no later than 5 days before departure and given a full refund. In these circumstances, no compensation is payable.
*Cancellation by customers are strictly subject to the following charges:-
a) Less than 5 days before departure date - no refund.
*Collection of picnic must be between 10.30am and 1pm at the chosen venue.
*Complaints should be made in writing only to Visit Hull & East Yorkshire within 14 days of the date of the visit.
*Credit Card charges - a charge of 1.5% will be applied to credit card bookings.
*Dietary requirements - please let us know of any dietary requirements although we cannot guarantee any changes to the standard menu options.
*Disabled persons - wherever possible, we will accommodate disabled people, although this is reliant on the accessibility of the attraction requested. Please notify us of any disability at the time of booking and check that the attraction you have selected has appropriate facilities.
*Equipment - please note that the picnic will be provided in a cool bag with ice packs to ensure it is kept fresh. It is the responsibility of the customer to bring cutlery, plates, cups, picnic blanket etc.
*Family ticket consists of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 15.
*Full payment must be made at time of booking.
*Late arrival of Customer - picnics must be collected between 10.30am and 1pm. We will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for customers failing to arrive between the allotted times. Any additional travel costs incurred by the customer in those circumstances are not refundable. No refunds or compensation will be payable.
*Menus - all menu's subject to change. (seasonal produce may vary)
*Refund - all refund requests must be made in writing to Visit Hull & East Yorkshire, Wykeland House, 47 Queen Street, Hull HU1 1UU.
*Web site accuracy - whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on our website, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors and omissions nor any consequences arising from the use of this information.
