What support is offered?


• Venue Selection - providing impartial venue selections to match you event requirements from a diverse range of options

• Venue Inspection Visits - Accompanied visits to venues in Hull & East Yorkshire when required
• Accommodation Booking - We can arrange rates and reserve rooms at a selection of hotels. Provide a bespoke branded web site for delegates to book accommodation online.

• Social programmes - itinerary planning for tours, social events, partner packages, evening entertainment and activities

• Bid Preparation - We can bid on your behalf or assist you with bid documents, letters of support etc

• Promotional materials - a range of images, brochures etc are available to help promote your event

• Provide Delegate Welcome packs - Packed full of maps, local guides and discount booklets to help delegates make the most of their visit to the area.

• Liaise with Local Event Suppliers - We can arrange transportation, AV Equipment etc

 

Will I need to take on any additional work?


Conference Ambassadors can choose to be as involved in the programme and any subsequent event as they wish.

 

What is required of a Conference Ambassador?


We would like to work with you and any contacts you may have within the association you are a member of, in an effort to bid to host a future event (e.g. their annual conference) to Hull & East Yorkshire.

Spread the word regarding the Conference Ambassador Programme and our services to your colleagues and contacts whenever possible.
