Details

Join the PoG team in a circular walk starting and finishing in Pocklington via Millington. The route passes alongside the ancient woodland, views a moat at Ousethorpe and reaches Millington via Mill Farm where a stop will be made for food at Ramblers Rest. Leave Millington and climb a relatively steep slope up to Warren Farm. Follow the crest of the valley side past a tumulus and alongside Warrendale Plantation, dropping steadily down through Jenny Firkin Wood into Kilnwick Percy and finally along Chapel Hill back into Pocklington. En route commentary will be provided as usual.
