A 9 mile circular Guided Heritage Walk which is easy, interesting and entertaining.
Dutch engineer Cornelius Vermuyden was hired by King Charles 1 to drain a former deer hunting area to create more agricultural land. His first attempt led to major flooding in The Vale of Snaith. On this walk we visit some of the key sites that feature in that story.
