Heapfield Cottage is a one bedroom self-contained cottage attached to the farmhouse.

The accommodation is south facing and overlooks the garden (for cottage use) and neighbouring fields.

Open plan living accommodation, with central heating and a log burner stove (but also a coal effect electric fire). Electric cooker, fridge and microwave.

We are happy to welcome one well behaved dog. However, we must request that dogs are kept on leads at all times when on the farm property, due to livestock.

Prices: From 175 in the winter season rising to 314 in high season per week.

Short breaks are available.

Heapfield offers peace and quiet in a cosy cottage which is set in the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds, as part of a working livestock farm.

As well as the cosy cottage, Heapfield Farm also offers horse riding, fishing within walking distance of the property. Brand new leisure centre less than 2 miles away. The coast is a short drive or a quick train ride away (approx 18 minutes). The village is within walking distance and there is a well stocked general stores, a post office/newsagent, fish & chip shop, 4 public houses (three of which serve food). Nafferton is also served by a train station with good links to Beverley, Hull, Bridlington, Scarborough and the East Coast. Children welcome from any age.
