Christmas Wreath

Christmas Wreath

Details

We are delighted that Beverley Bradshaw will be joining us to run two Christmas wreath making classes. Beverley is originally from Hebden Bridge West Yorkshire but now calls East Yorkshire her home as she has lived here for over 30 years.

She has over 25 years floristry experience of which the first 10 years were spent gaining valuable industry experience from wedding work to funerals and everything else in between.Beverley

Beverley then wanted to pass on her experience and skills to others, so to that end she undertook a teaching qualification and ultimately gained a position as a floristry teacher at Bishop Burton College, where she progressed to become a senior lecturer and course manager.

Beverley will teach you how to create a bespoke Christmas wreath from scratch. You will learn how to prepare a mossed base, attach blue spruce foliage using a range of techniques, along with making a bow. You will then personalise your wreath with accessories to create your own design which will adorn your front door, perfect for welcoming your guests this Christmas.

Our Christmas Wreath course is informative and fun and a perfect way to spend a little time learning new skills as Beverley will demonstrate the different stages step by step on how to produce your own bespoke Christmas Wreath.

All materials will be provided but please bring scissors and secateurs.

PLEASE NOTE: we are running two sessions, one commencing at 9.00am and one at 1.30pm, when booking please ensure you select the correct session.

The morning session includes soup, mulled wine and mince pies.

The afternoon session includes savoury treats, mulled wine and mince pies!
