Throughout the property, rooms are individually designed in an elegant style using luscious fabrics and furnishings. The two stunning bedrooms are exceedingly comfortable and have Egyptian cotton bed linen to ensure a perfect night’s sleep. They are decedent in decor and lavishly equipped with state of the art technology and complementary Wifi. Each room also has a gorgeous boutique styled bathroom with Duck Island luxury toiletries and fluffy bathrobes for an added touch of indulgence. Romantics are catered for in the Larkin Room, featuring an opulent 4 poster bed.

Delicious Award winning breakfasts using local, organic and homemade produce are our specialty. Try our traditional Hearty Yorkshire breakfast to set you up for the day exploring this wonderful area, or choose something a little different from our seasonally changing breakfast menu.     From the M1 take the M18 (towards Hull). Exit at Junction 39, South Cave and take the A1034 towards Market Weighton. Follow for 3.5 miles, turn right onto South Newbald Road then after 50 meters take the 1st right into Monckton Rise, a village development of 25 houses. Boxtree House Boutique B&B is 150 meters on the right, just around the corner.

    From the North
    Although a longer distance it is quicker and easier driving to stay on the A1 until you join the M62. Follow as above.
